RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
At V-LUXURY TRAVEL, we offer a wide variety of tours and activities on Mexico’s main beaches that are designed especially for you. Our locations include Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Mazatlán, Acapulco, Riviera Maya, and surrounding areas. All our excursions require a prior reservation to guarantee a unique and personalized experience.
Once you receive your confirmation email, your reservation will be ready.

Cancellations & Changes:
The following cancellation and change policies apply to individual bookings through our website, www.v-luxurytravel.com. For group bookings (10 or more people), your sales executive will establish the guidelines in the contract signed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
– If you cancel and request a refund more than 72 hours before the tour, you will receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
– No changes or refunds will be provided if you cancel within 72 hours of the tour, arrive late, or do not show up.
– Special Promotion Reservations: Reservations made with special promotions or discounts are not eligible for changes or cancellations.
Date Changes:
– 36 hours before the Tour: You can change your tour date for free if you request it at least 36 hours before the tour.

Charges to your card:
The tours purchased with your credit card will be charged once your reservation is confirmed, with a 4% online transaction fee added at the time of purchase and reflected in the order summary as fees.
Prices and Exchange Rates:
The website prices are listed in dollars, but your card will be charged in Mexican pesos using the bank’s daily exchange rate, which will be indicated on your card statement.
Security:
“At V-Luxury Travel, we prioritize your security when making online reservations and purchases. That’s why we utilize PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) stripe security to safeguard information transmitted over the internet. Once we receive your card information, we do not transmit it again over the network.”
Fraud prevention:
To prevent fraud, the individual who made the purchase must show their credit card and personal identification when registering. If the cardholder cannot be present, they must email a copy of their credit card (both sides) and ID to info@fvyd.com at least 72 hours before the tour.
Our specialists will respond to your questions within 48 hours, regardless of your chosen method.
